Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of StreetMBA, including our websites, business operating software, communication features (email, WhatsApp, SMS, and related channels), and associated services (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
1. Who we are
StreetMBA provides multi-tenant business operations and communication tools for organizations (“Customers”) and their authorized users (“Users”).
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Customers are responsible for Users they authorize and for activity under their tenant workspace.
- We may suspend access for security, abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages.
- Violate Meta, WhatsApp, email, SMS, or other channel provider policies.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services.
- Upload malware or misuse APIs, webhooks, or integrations.
4. Communication features
Where Customers enable Communication Hub features, messages may be delivered through platform-managed providers (for example email or WhatsApp Business). Customers remain responsible for message content, recipient consent, quiet-hours preferences, and applicable marketing or messaging laws.
5. Customer data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion instructions. Customers control business content they store in their workspace, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
6. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third parties such as Meta/WhatsApp, payment processors, and email providers. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy enforcement outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
StreetMBA and its software, branding, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors’). Customers retain rights to their own content. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the Services.
8. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans, communication packages, and usage-based charges are described in your order, invoice, or in-product billing screens. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
9. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetMBA and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by the Customer for the Services in the three (3) months before the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate access according to the applicable subscription terms. Upon termination, Customer access ends and we may delete or de-identify workspace data according to our retention practices and legal obligations.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
